Résultats attendus
ER1 : Small-scale farmers in Gaza recover and improve their income through increased production capacity and productivity.
ER2 : Enhanced capacities of agriculture and agribusiness CBOs to strengthen the livelihoods of vulnerable groups within their communities.

Bénéficiaires : The project focuses on vulnerable farming households, including small scale farming households who have been a) affected by the ongoing deterioration of the situation and conflict in Gaza in 2014 and b) the farmers who live in highly vulnerable communities in the Gaza Strip. The project will help small scale farming households focused on plant production to improve their income through increasing their production capacity and productivity. The project will target beneficiaries whose agriculture farms/lands were affected by the crisis in Gaza. The project targets CBOs/cooperatives that are most vulnerable to poverty due to their reduced level of income and their limited access to productive assets. The project will directly impact about 1,186 farming households with a total number of beneficiaries (direct and indirect) of 7,472 individuals.
