Résumé
The salinity is one of the greater problems in production of cultures specially in arid and semi-arid regions. The increasing interest by culture of Capsicum annuum L, “páprika” in coast of Peru, specially requires the understanding of effect salinity in first stage of development of the plant. In this work the content of compatible solutes was evaluated, proteins and hydric parameters in embryos and seedlings of Capsicum annuum L. with different tolerance to salinity. We quantified the content of prolina, glicine betaína, total sugars, proteins and water relative content (CRA) in embryos and seedlings of C. annuum L. “páprika” cv. Papri king, Papri Queen and Sonora subject to different levels of salinity (NaCl). The embryos were obtained from placed seeds to germinate in plates of petri between two layers of dampened paper of filter with NaCl. 0, 5, 10, 25, 50 100 and 200 Mm. Seedlings was cultivated in flowerpots with sand of river, watered with nutritious solution of Hoagland to which it added the same concentrations of NaCl that embryos. The concentrations of NaCl superior to 50 mm delayed the germination in the three you will cultivate, but they did not reduce the final percentage of germination. The salt induced increase in content of prolina in embryos and leaves of the three you will cultivate analyzed, showing significant differences between treatments. The content of betaina glicina, total soluble sugars and proteins also increased with the saline treatment ; it was observed greater differences in seedlings than in embryos. The CRA in embryos, did not show significant differences between the treatments. This parameter evaluated in seedlings, diminished when increasing the concentration of NaCl.
