Descriptif
The present project deals with the ethnomedicinal documentation and quantitative analyses of medicinal plants diversity for Management of Diseases in Northern, Pakistan. However, the main aims and objective of the study are : • To assemble a floristic list of medicinal plants of Northern, Pakistan • To document the ethnomedicinal information of medicinal plants of Northern, Pakistan • To make list of the medicinal plants used in herbal medicine by the local people of Northern Pakistan • To find out use of medicinal plants in traditional remedies for the treatment of gynecological diseases in Northern, Pakistan. • To find out use of medicinal plants in traditional remedies for the treatment of ENT (Ear, Nose and Throat) diseases in Northern, Pakistan. • To find out use of medicinal plants in traditional remedies for the treatment of Children diseases (Pediatrics) in Northern , Pakistan. • To analyze the ethnobotanical data of medicinal plants by applying quantitative indices of family importance value index (FIV), Use report (UR) use values (UV), Frequency citation (FC) and relative frequency citation (RFC).
