Présentation
Developing a local climate action plan and promoting local governance precess in the field of climate change through a capacity building program for youg people and local actors on climate issues, public policies and good governance. Establishment of a local dialogue platform on climate change and its impacts on the costal area.

Organisation of 3 actions of mobilization and sensitization on the field by the young trained with the local population leaving in costal area on 3 sites (the beach of Sidi Salem, the beach of the ledge and the beach the Grotto) to explain to them the causes of CC and its impacts on the costal area (erosion, sea level rise, restriction of beach widths, biodiversity loss, sand dunes ...). Sensitize them on the seriousness of the situation of their beaches while presenting the results of all the scientific studies carried out on these sites, and sensitizing them on how to fight against the impacts of CC for the protection and the preservation of these beaches. The planning of the beach of Bizerte allows to developp economic activities like tourism and handicraft on the beach and thus the creation of jobs especially for young men and women,in order to reduce unemployment problem in the region. -The organisation of a meeting for the drafting of the LCP implementation commitment charter between local actors, young people and the local population allows : -constitute a social construct that allows local authorities and citizens to build their shares through the Plan Local climate and encourage decision makers to take into account in urban planning documents -To contribute to decentralize the theme of the Climate and to concretize the Human Right to a healthy environment and this by allowing to integrate the thematic in the public policies like a local stake
