Résumé
Desertification has caused great damage to land resources.Xinjiang province has a large area of desert,which means that land is vulnerable to desertification.Now our country is in the important development stage of infrastructure construction.As a raw material of concrete,desert sand will not only reduce the destruction of the desert to the land resources,but also reduce the destruction of the natural environment in the process of collecting fine aggregate in concrete.Based on the dinger-funk equation,the close packed sand rate and the close packed fine aggregate system were optimized.The concrete is base on the aggregatesystem to experimental exploration.The optimum concrete mix ratio is obtained through the test and optimized by adding short cut basalt fiber and short cut basalt fiber and fly ash.The conclusion is drawn by experimental :(1)The sand rate is 37% 39% and 41% concrete.The working ability of C35、C40concrete is improved after adding desert sand.The tensile strength meets the corresponding standard of concrete strength.The resistance to chloride level is moderate.The compressive strength influence by the sand rate.(2)The concrete sand rate of C35 is determined as 39% and the concrete sand rate of C40 is determined as 37%.Desert sand addition rate 20% 30% and 40 to improve the concern.By adding fiber alone and fly ash and fiber toghter to improve the concern.Demonstrate : When adding fiber alone,the compressive strength of concrete、the tensile strength of concrete、resistance to chlorine of concrete has been greatly improved.But the performance of adding fiber alone into the concrete has been greatly weakened.Add fiber and fly ash at the same time will improve the strength of concrete、the tensile strength of concrete、resistance to chlorine of concrete better.The performance of fly ash on fiber concrete is very obvious.This paper proves the feasibility of adding short cut basalt fiber and fly ash optimization to desert sand concrete
