PlanBØRNEfonden is a Danish organisation founded in 1972, which works in four fields in Mali : education, child health, income-generating activities and children’s development. PlanBØRNEfonden wants to use this project to improve the employment opportunities of 200 young people in Dioïla. A total of 75 apprentices are doing vocational training for a qualification in, for example, making clothing, electronics or food processing, and 125 young people are doing the practical training course. The young people are learning the skills needed to start a business and make it successful. In addition, 30 trainers are receiving training to improve how they train young people and give them internships

Financement : The Turing Foundation is contributing € 98,000 towards this project (of which, € 49,000 in 2019).
