Présentation
The program will directly benefit nearly 1.3 million people in the three countries. The key impact and outcome level indicators include : (i) per capita milk consumption will increase from 61.5 kg to 67.65kg/year in Mali, 16.67 kg to 18.34kg/year in Burkina Faso, and 26,35 kg to 28.99 kg/year in Senegal by 2030 ; (ii) livestock sector contribution to household budgets increased by 10% from the baseline levels ; (iii) number of fattened small ruminants sold per year increased by 20% ; (iv) 90,000 value-chain operators benefit from the microfmance facility ; (v) conflicts between pastoralists and farmers reduced by 30% ; (vi) average distance between water points on targeted transhumance tracks of 25km ; (vii) rangelands with sustainable land management practices150,000ba cumulatively in three countries.
