Présentation
This company aims to become the leading one-stop shop for all services related to domestic and productive off-grid solar equipment in Senegal. The company’s solar kiosks form a last-mile distribution network to serve customers in remote villages, offering access to decentralized renewable energy solutions in the agri-food value chain combined with innovative financing models and capacity building. The company has seven years’ experience in the Senegalese off-grid market. A pilot phase of this project, with eight solar kiosks, has demonstrated the viability of the business model – after one year, four of the pilot kiosks are already profitable. The company is now ready to scale it’s operations to deploy 100 kiosks in all provinces of Senegal.
