Résumé
The legumes are one of the most important botanical families from the socio-economic point of view and in the province of Almería, green beans and fresh peas, are a reality in the diversification of their horticultural crops, moreover under ecological production standards. Since the fundamental principles of organic agriculture are the preservation of natural resources and the increase of biodiversity, the objective of this work was to evaluate the effect of the reduction of the dose of fertigation on the production and quality of different species of legumes under ecological greenhouse and evaluate their productive and physical-chemical and nutritional quality fruit response. For this, a test was carried out in greenhouses of Almería with a usual endowment (100%) of fertigation with nutrients contemplated in ecological agriculture and restricted endowment (50%). The quantification of the harvest and the analysis of its quality parameters were carried out in the post-harvest laboratory of the IFAPA La Mojonera Center. The results offer significant differences between the treatment of 100% and 50% of fertigation in the bean crop, with the production and fruit weight being greater in the treatment of 100%. However, in the pea and mangetout cultures no significant differences in production were found between both treatments. Certain quality parameters were also affected by the drastic reduction of applied fertigation. Although it is necessary to repeat these tests over time, the results suggest that in our growing conditions the pea and mangetout cultivation can be developed without loss of production in ecological production with reduction of fertigation and the consequent saving in water and fertilizer, making the system much more sustainable..
