Résumé
Parametric study is performed for sharp and transition interfaces in saltwater intrusion. The dispersion zone approach is done as density dependent problem using the model SEAWAT. The program SWIG-2D is used for sharp interface simulation. Also, comparison is done between the density dependent and density independent approaches. The density independent problem is done using the model MT3D. Also, modeling of the hydro-geological system of the Nile Delta is done assuming different scenarios for limiting the saltwater intrusion. The effect of the sea water rise is studied.
