Résumé
In order to study the effect of putrescine on increasing wheat and wild oat competition in underwater stress conditions, a factorial experiment was conducted in a completely randomized design with three replications in a laboratory and greenhouse at the Faculty of Agriculture, University of Mohaghegh, Ardabil, in 2017. First factor, Putrescine was used at four levels of zero, 0.01, 0.1 and 1 mM. The second factor, Application of stress in four levels of drought stress (0, 0.3, 0.6 and -0.9 MPa) and Priming was also applied to wheat seed at four levels of zero, 0.01, 0.1 and 1 mM. The seeds were transferred to the greenhouse and They were planted in 10 kg potatoes. After plant placement, The stress was applied at four levels of zero, 20, 40, 60 and 80% of the crop capacity. Priming improved the components of root length, stem length, root dry weight, stem dry weight. The results of comparison of meanings indicated that drought stress reduced the percentage and speed of germination of wheat. The potential of 6- with wheat germination did not change significantly, but with increasing tension to more than this amount of germination severely decreased, Therefore, the results of the mean comparison showed that Better treatment of potrescine level was 0.1mM. The highest heights associated with potrescin treatment was 0.01 mM 20 days after planting, reaching 20 cm in height and This is while the rest of the treated surfaces of Putresin reaches 10 or 15 cm in the 20 days after planting. Comparing Wheat height with oat after 20 days of sowing showed that the height of the oat reached 10 cm and High altitude of wheat indicates that wheat is predominantly putrescine.
