Résumé
In this research the role of synoptic systems in shaping the effect inclusive cold in frostbite of pistachio is considered. This product is one of the major parts of non-oil exports, about 55 to 60% of world export. Each year frostbite damages this worthy product and in Kerman because of the deserts it has large damages. In 1384 these damages were about 523 milliard tomans just in agriculture and for this statistics 2 stations have been used : the climate data station and product performance. The climate data of 7 synoptic station were considered. It contains : Bam, Baft, Sirjan, Shahrbabak, Rafsanjan, Anar and Kerman.Within 17 years (2000-2016) statistics of meteorological organization of the country and the daily minimum temperature were used. This temperature has been filtered lower than +4 C and after the filtering among the cold waves that have been used in all the stations in Mars and April (2000-2016) that last for 3 to 8 days with the minimum of 4 stations were chosen. For considering cold waves synoptically, 500 mb level length, 500 mb omega level, 500 mb temp level, the earth temp and 500 mb direction and sped of the wind were extracted from NOVA site environmental predicting national center of loading data, the results showed that in considering each pattern the cause of cold in all days was the development of cyber high pressure in high cut blocking in low height levels and 500 temp level were ranged from -13 to -23 C and at surface it was between 7 to 19/5 C. Omega was positive in 90% of the causes and in all observed days, river basin was seen in the south and the wind direction in north-east, the result of cultivated earth data and the production level (30 years) showed that in all decades ,the most cultivated surface were in the north of kerman specially Rafsanjan the least was in Bam (situated in south east of and Baft in the south west of kerman.
