Résumé
Today, rural development or any other residential system has broadly linked to management concept, compared with past. Currently, all authors and researchers consider management as an influential factor of development that not only accelerates the development process but also is the only factor to reach the sustainable development. Rural managers are regarded as one of the main bases of rural development who functioned as alderman, headman and… to run the villages in different eras. Currently, the management of rural areas of Iran is on two institutions of Islamic Council and Rural-assistance. Meanwhile, rural-assistance is considered as an administrative arm and a main factor in rural development. The main goal of the current study is evaluating the effects of modern rural management on the economic, social, bioenvironmental and physical dimensions of sustainable development through the viewpoint of rural people and managers in central district of Samirom city. In the current descriptive-analytical study, the questionnaire used as a tool and data gathered using library and field sources and analyzed using SPSS Statistical Software. Results of the study indicated that among four understudy dimensions, modern rural management has only been successful in the field of bioenvironmental dimension and only on functionality index of managers in supplying hygienic and healthy drinking water while in social, economic and physical dimensions, modern rural management couldn’t be able to have positive significant effects
