Résumé
Natural disasters as part of the process of human life, a major challenge in human societies, especially in the cities is due to the concentration of population and capital. Among the types of natural disasters occurred in Iran earthquake the most destructive and the most common types are the biggest casualties of the financial and entered the Iranian cities. Tehran District 9 also due to residential context, proximity to North Tehran fault and industrial applications that will bring a lot of problems in case of earthquake that Serious studies are required in this case took place before the crisis, vulnerable areas identified and the necessary measures taken. In this regard main goal of the study was to evaluation Vulnerability into the 9 District Tehran against earthquakes is modeled using ANPFUZZY. Extant studyis based on the purpose of application And the nature and method Descriptive and analytical. In this study after study and theoretical study, 10 indicators (type of material, type of facade, building density, age of building, number of floors, the ground floor area of buildings, adjacent land uses, faults, geological formations and street width) associated with has been selected as research. To determine the importance Indicators of software Super Decisions and for analysis of geographic information system is used. Finally, based on the results of the analysis in 5 buildings vulnerable groups of very low, low, medium, high and very high category and the percentage of each group calculated. The results showed that based on a map that overlap expert opinions prepared by an average of 52 percent of the buildings are vulnerable area. Based on fuzzy Map Scenario 6 Mercalli, 56 percent of the region with low vulnerability, in scenarios 7 and 8 Mercalli Mercalli 52 percent with 61 percent of the average vulnerability vulnerable face.
