Résumé
Environmental stresses, particularly stress the important factors that could result in a substantial reduction in crop yield around the world.plant It seems widespread commercially. On the other hand, given that Iran is located in arid and semi arid region, water shortages or poor quality water is a limiting factor for growth. To overcome the negative effects of salinity, the use of supplements of calcium ions in the growth medium to increase tension-is essential. Availability of optimal concentration of calcium ions to increase plant resistance is very important. In order to investigate the matter factorial experiment in a completely randomized design with three replications. The factors included different levels of salinity (0, 3, 6, 9, 12ds / m-1) and two levels of 0 and 5 mM calcium was. The borage seeds were grown in pots for hydroponics. One week after planting treatments were applied. One month after treatment, samples were taken from the leaves. The results showed that with increasing salinity levels, respectively, the element sodium and the amount of biomass and the conductivity Rvznh¬Ay and catalase activity and the amino acids lysine and methionine decreased-by. The high levels of salinity and the presence of high levels of calcium chloride total chlorophyll and relative water content and polyphenol oxidase and peroxidase activity increased Nzym¬Hay but was reduced proline. an important loss of salt.
